About Referral Authorisation Codes

To register you will need an eight digit authorisation code supplied by your referrer. This code is unique to you and can only be used once.

If you do not have a code, please contact a referral agency in your area. This is a referral only system and you will not be able to register without a valid code.

Good Works Trust Grocery Shop Terms and Conditions - IMPORTANT

The information below defines our current terms and conditions. Please note you will require transport to collect your order, even a small order is too heavy and bulky to carry on foot or public transport.

  • Only individuals referred by our approved partners can use the Good Works Trust Grocery. Unauthorised access is prohibited.
  • The koha is a donation not a payment, and does not reflect the value of the items provided.
  • You accept that the order may include a mixture or purchased, donated and rescued items, some of which may be at or passed their "best before date" but not passed their "use by" date.
  • You understand one order per household is allowed per week, with a maximum of 6 orders in total, the total orders you are provided may vary depending on your circumstances, if you require more support, contact your referrer or case worker.
  • You agree not share, distribute, or offer grocery items to anyone else. It is for your own use only.
  • Items may differ from those pictured or ordered depending on availability. Some items such as meat and bread are donated and supplied pre frozen.
  • If you miss your collection time, you may need to arrange an alternate time. We cannot guarantee availability outside your agreed slot.
  • You must collect your own order. If unable to do this you must notify us of who will be collecting on your behalf and your relationship to them.
  • We reserve the right to check compliance. Violations may result in immediate termination of access to the grocery.
